Nguyen Minh Chau came to shoot by accident in 2007. Nguyen Minh Chau followed her as Nguyen Thu Van went to the shooting range of the Nhon National Training Center and was allowed to shoot by her sister. All 10 bullets are not exactly round 10 but all clustered at one point. Only 2 years later, Nguyen Minh Chau was called up to the national team to attend regional and continental tournaments.
