Sinh ra và lớn lên tại Liên Bang Nga, từ nhỏ Tường Vy đã có niềm đam mê lớn với nghệ thuật, bà nội Tường Vy cũng là một ca sĩ tự do và hoạt động nghệ thuật tự do. Nhờ đó, mỗi dịp về nước được theo chân bà đi biểu diễn, Tường Vy đã sớm được tiếp xúc và có đam mê với nghề ca hát. Cô nàng đã xin bố mẹ được về Việt Nam học tập và theo đuổi con đường này. Từ khi còn cô bé 7 tuổi, cô đã được bà dẫn đi giao lưu, luyện thanh, biểu diễn hát múa ở địa phương mình.
Tường Vy sở hữu khuôn mặt cực Tây, Tường Vy luôn bị nhầm là 'con lai' vì sở hữu chiếc mũi thần thánh - điểm cô tự tin nhất trên gương mặt. Chỉ mới bước chân vào cánh cổng Đại học, cô đã xuất sắc trở thành Quán quân 'King& Queen' của Viện Đào tạo Quốc tế, Học viện Ngân hàng.
Ngay từ năm nhất Đại học, bên cạnh việc đi dẫn chương trình và đi hát, Tường Vy đã trở thành một 'chị giáo' Ngữ văn được các em học sinh tin tưởng và theo học bởi 'mẹo' và 'công thức học văn' mà cô tự rút ra trong suốt những năm học đội tuyển. Người truyền cảm hứng học Ngữ văn cho 'chị giáo' này chính là thầy Hoà Vũ - giáo viên Ngữ văn VTV.
Bên cạnh đó, Tường Vy hiện đang là chuyên viên tư vấn của trung tâm MC World - nơi cô đã từng theo học MC. Cô chia sẻ đây là một môi trường tốt và chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện, tạo cho bản thân nhiều cơ hội việc làm với nghề nên đã ở lại đây làm việc để có thể trau dồi kinh nghiệm trong chính môi trường mà mình đam mê. Chính vì vậy mà ở tuổi 19, Tường Vy đã khá độc lập về kinh tế.
Hiện tại, Tường Vy đang tích cực trau dồi bản thân để trở thành một người dẫn chương trình và trong tương lai cô cũng mong muốn trở thành một nữ doanh nhân theo đúng ngành nghề mình đang theo học.
