Nguyen Ha Thanh, like most other gymnasts, started working hard at a young age. At the age of 7, Nguyen Ha Thanh and Pham Phuoc Hung were coached by coach Truong Tan Hien and Gymnastics expert Ly Trieu Duong discovered. During the childhood years, there were a series of days away from home with sweat and tears exercises in China.
Nguyen Ha Thanh is married to Nguyen Ngoc Mai (bachelor of Hanoi University of Humanities). In addition to the main job, he and his wife also run an online fashion business to earn extra income.
