He attended high school at Beal School. When the family's economy was in decline, and his mother died of a stroke, Frost decided to drop out of school to work and earn money to help support the family. He lived for two years in Israel. He worked as a waiter for a North London Mexican restaurant and it was there that he met comedian Simon Pegg, the two became close.
Nick Frost is the son of Tricia and John Frost, an interior designer. When he was 10 years old, his older sister died of asthma, then his sister was only 18 years old. When he was 15 years old, his parents made a loss, so they lost the whole family. In 2005, his mother died of a stroke.
He married his wife Christina Frost in 2008. On June 22, 2011, his family welcomed the first new member of the family, which was a boy. In 2013, this marriage officially broke up.
