Recently, the Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security. (C03) issued a supplementary decision related to the criminal case, decided to prosecute the accused related to the entire Vietnamese case. The Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security ordered a search and arrest warrant for Ms. Nguyen Bach Thuy Linh - Director of SNB Holdings Co., Ltd. and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (1967). The two female defendants are currently being investigated for the act of "abusing influence over people with positions and powers for personal gain", specified in Clause 3, Article 366 of the Penal Code. The prosecution of the above accused is within the framework of expanding the investigation of a major case of violations of regulations on management and use of State assets, causing losses and waste; Violating regulations on bidding causes very serious consequences; Abusing positions and powers while performing official duties; Give bribes; Receiving bribes took place at Viet A Technology Joint Stock Company and related units and localities.
