Who is DJ Thien Hi?
Thien Hi is a name that is no longer strange to the Vietnamese music industry, especially the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) loving community. He is a Dj, and co-founder of Asia Dance TV - a YouTube channel for DJs and dance music lovers. He used to cooperate with Club G Records - a large company that has many EDM tracks sold on foreign music sites such as Djtunes, Beatport, Juno... In addition, he is also a manager for Deep Garden Recordin - a brand Club G Record's brand specializes in techhouse and deephouse production. And "Hi Begin" is the name of a techhouse track composed by himself and released under his own label.
Thien Hi started her music career by playing selecta music at a nightclub. . After that, he gradually had the opportunity to play music as an official DJ from a friend introduced. And fortunately, he was accepted by the biggest club in Vietnam at that time, and became a resident DJ in 2002.
During the festival Trance Family Vietnam and there are some foreign artists coming to perform is Alex MOR P.H, this is an opportunity for Vietnamese artists to step up and work with top labels. It was Alex M. O.R. P.H was the one who suggested it and then he started composing the track Anti-Skating. This is the first music product he introduced himself to the world community after many years of trying and at times it seemed like giving up halfway. With a burning passion for music, music helped Hi not get lost on the predetermined path. Now, after 18 years, Hi has achieved the first stepping stone for his artistic path.
As a freelance artist, Hi faces many difficulties, that's why he wants to build a label to be able to support multiple local artists and help promote their music. With a unique label, Thien Hi hopes to be able to experiment more because he is not forced to play any genre.
