Marc Levy studied computer management at the University of Paris-Dauphine. From 1984-1991, he lived in the United States. While living in the United States, he founded two companies specializing in computer graphics, one based in California and the other based in Colorado. In 1991, Marc Levy joined a design and construction company in his home country, which later became one of the leading architectural firms in France. In 1998, after becoming successful in business, Marc Levy began writing a novel called "Et si c'était vrai" with the Vietnamese title "And if this were true.
