Who is Photographers Cao Ky Nhan?
Mr. Cao Ky Nhan (from Phu Yen, currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City). Stemming from his love of nature and passion for travel, he boldly bought himself a camera to capture the beautiful scenery of the places he has visited. In 2016, he decided to quit his job at a foreign architectural company to pursue his journey of becoming a photographer specializing in "hunting" beautiful landscapes throughout Vietnam.
In September 2016, after participating in a phototrip tour to take photos of the ripe rice season in Mu Cang Chai with many other photography enthusiasts, this young man boldly explored his own abilities and considered photography as “an indispensable part of life”.
From short trips around the city, Mr. Nhan gradually expanded the list of destinations he visited throughout Vietnam. The farther he went and the more photos he took, the more excited he felt, the more he loved life and his health improved significantly.
Recalling the early days of his career, Mr. Nhan said, at that time, in Vietnam there were no schools that taught art photography in a systematic and professional way. He mainly researches and learns through books, online websites,... and gains experience from daily practical experiences.
Currently, Mr. Nhan has explored more than 50 provinces and cities nationwide, spanning all 3 regions. In each place, he has his own impressions and experiences, but he loves his hometown Phu Yen the most. From a "noob" to photography, Mr. Nhan gradually became a famous photographer, known to many people. He also "won" a series of major awards with photos of "hunting" impressive beautiful landscapes throughout Vietnam. Currently, Mr. Nhan has won a number of domestic and international awards such as: 3rd prize in Skypixel Aerial Photography 2017 with the photo Raising Ducks (landscape category); Consolation prize of the 2018 Vietnamese Heritage contest with the photo Moc Chau Morning Dew; Gold prize at Epson International Pano Awards 2021 with photo Autumn Love Song (Amateur-Nature/Landscape category)
Besides, the photographer from Phu Yen also excellently won the First Prize of the 7th 35 Awards contest with the photo Feed The Ducks (Motion category); Consolation prize of Drone Photo Awards 2022 contest with Water And Life photo series (photo series category); Gold prize at the Epson International Pano Awards 2022 competition with Ripe Rice Valley photo (Open-Nature/Landscape category).
