In 2012, while sitting in a lecture hall, architect Nguyen Thuoc Khim worked hard Part-time job, monthly income is about 15 million VND. At that time, the project was designed by him but the general contractor could not find a partner to implement it. He boldly took the opportunity and made bold decisions that surprised his teachers and friends. He accepted to carry out the project at an average level, focusing his efforts with 4 carpenters to complete the first project. Thuoc Tam Architecture Company Limited was established on June 7, 2012. After that project, Khim decided to invite an architect to contribute capital to expand the company. After half a year, his partner withdrew capital because there were not many orders, and if there were any, they were only small projects.
