Built County Hall for London County Council, it's legendary for its Edwardian Baroque design. Help design the Queen Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace, as well as the Admiralty Arch of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
He designed the Royal Air Force base during World War I after which he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1921.
