On April 21, 2018, Mr. Thong replaced Mrs. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung holds the position of General Director. In 2019, he received the red lotus award for for the Top 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs in Vietnam. As the "successor" of Mrs. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, Mr. Le Tri Thong may have to carry a lot of pressure on his shoulders.
