Luong Ngoc Trac's real name is Nguyen Que Ngach, later changed to Nguyen Que Trac. He is an elite colonel, musician and artist of Vietnam. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Musicians Association in 1957.
After the successful August Revolution, musician Luong Ngoc Trac composed the song "Jubilee Dance". The song was performed on the great holiday of the Vietnamese nation, when the President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
