Meiji Greenie (real name Nguyen Hoai Ly Nga) is a super pretty rose from the Vietnamese cosplay village. Meiji Greenie is an alumnus of RMIT University, has a hobby of cosplay, reading anime, manga, and milk tea. Ly Nga's strange nickname was explained by her friend: "Meiji is the name at home because she used to drink Meiji milk when she was a child. Greenie is because she likes the color blue and the character Ashley Greene (Alice in Twilight)". Meiji Greenie won the first prize of the contest "Make me super star 2011" organized by Hoa Hoc Tro newspaper, was the representative of Vietnam to participate in the Asean Festival held in Tokyo 2014. The petite girl has a unique face. , elegantly attracts viewers with elaborately invested cosplay images. Not only loved by young people in the country, Meiji Greenie also has many fans abroad.

In 2007, after finishing the 9th grade exam, Meiji was at home practicing Naruto anime. Seeing the Naruto character appear in real life for the first time, Meiji felt extremely excited and immediately went online to find information and follow cosplayers. After that, Meiji joined a group of cosplayers and started doing her first cosplay photo shoot.
