When he was just fourteen years old, this California high school student shot and killed his openly gay classmate Larry King. Although he was initially attempted for a hate crime, he was eventually found guilty of using a weapon, voluntary manslaughter, and second-degree murder.
He was sentenced to juvenile prison in late 2011, with the knowledge that he would be transferred to a chief as soon as he turned eighteen.
