Cuong Nhoc was born in a family with a tradition of making art. His father was also a drummer, his brother plays the keyboard and is currently a member of Black Infinity. Therefore, the artistic blood has penetrated deeply into his person. Unlike many others, Cuong Nhoc began to unleash his talent at an early age. At the age of 4, he became passionate about the instruments available in the house. Then he treated those instruments as his toys. In one incident, he saw on TV a scene of a group playing drums, at that time he was very interested. After that, Cuong Nhoc started looking for pots and pans, arranged tables and chairs neatly like a drum and then stood and knocked. At the age of 6, he began to learn to play electric drums and leather drums. But because he was so young, it took him a year to play on a real drum set.
In Saigon, there are currently two drummers born in 1996, including Cuong Nhoc and a man named Kim. Many people commented that, when he sat on the drum set, then he seemed to have turned into a completely different person. He immersed himself in each line of music, drifting with the music and forgetting everything around him. With Cuong Nhoc, he has a strange passion for drums. Even he never thought about having to stop playing or learning another side job. He just wants to attach his life to the drum kit, trying to become a great drummer.
Recently, Cuong Nhoc participated in the music project Dance stall spreading flowers. (The Dance of The People) with artist Dzung. He has been praised by the famous artist Dzung for his drumming as well as his meticulousness in music. Artist Dzung also commented that Cuong Nhoc is the drummer who inspired many young drummers to participate in this project.
