Who is Game Days Gone?
Days Gone is an open world action adventure game set in the state of Oregon USA. Developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Background:
For an indefinite period of time in Oregon, a virus called Freaker destroyed everything, turning everything people here have become extremely violent zombies.
Deacon St. John and William "Boozer" Gray are two outlaws who joined Deacon's wife, Deacon Sarah Whitaker. They managed to escape to the location where the National Emergency Recovery Organization (NERO) helicopter was located to move to a safe location. However, after Sarah boarded the helicopter, Deacon suffered a severe wound during the escape, so he decided to stay with Boozer. He promises Sarah to come find her one day.
2 years after the incident, Boozer and Deacon have become two mercenaries in the Pacific Northwest. However, Sarah is said to have died when the NERO refugee camp, where she lived, was attacked by the Freaker virus. Boozer and Deacon have decided to move north to escape the enemy and find a better life.
During that journey, the two were attacked by a group of Ripper fanatics and Boozer was so badly injured that he was forced to lose his arm. While on the run, Deacon saw a group of NERO researchers.
After approaching a researcher, he learned that the group of people on the helicopter two years ago had been split into two. small group and go to 2 different places. This gave Deacon hope that Sarah might be alive. Deacon and Boozer are determined to continue their journey to find Sarah.
How to Play:
In the 3rd person perspective, the player controls Deacon character and start the journey of survival, looking for Sarah. In the vast open world, players need to complete tasks, assigned objectives to get valuable information about Sarah.
The tasks in Days Gone are very diverse. Players can accept quests from extra characters on the map. The quest requirements often require the player to find objects, find people, defeat the undead or the leaders of the mysterious cult.
Rewards to the player for completing the quest include money. bonuses, experience points, weapons and countless other special items.
