Who is Painter John Lafarge?
American painter and stained-glass window manufacturer who served as president of the National Association of Mural Painters from 1899 to 1904. He was one of the first seven artists selected to become a member. of the Academy of Fine Arts and Letters in 1904. He traveled to Hawaii in 1890 to create a painting of an active volcano.
