He has been highly appreciated by experts for his acting ability through impressive roles in 2021 such as: manager (play "Bach Hai Duong"), Phong (play "Wait a little longer")... In addition , he also participated in a number of comedies on the HTV television stage. At the end of 2021, he was chosen by director Ai Nhu, Thanh Hoi to be a lecturer for the young actor training course of the Hoang Thai Thanh theater stage.

It is known that in 2005, when The Hai was studying finance and credit at Ton Duc Thang University. His family encountered a major incident that caused the family to fall into poverty, affecting his spirit and studies.
