In the movie "Peach, Pho and Piano" that recently caused a stir, Xuan Hong plays the Captain of the self-defense team. The actor said he was very happy and surprised when the film received the attention and love of the audience. "In the movie, the characters are almost unnamed, only called "boy", girl", "pho seller"... probably due to the director's intention. Those characters could be anyone in that historical period, " the male artist said.
To transform into his character, Xuan Hong had to wear contact lenses, grow a beard... He revealed that the fight scenes in the movie all used real explosives, so it was quite difficult for the actor. The film mobilized nearly 1, 000 actors and extras to participate.
Sharing about the film's director, the actor did not hide his admiration for his predecessor's tireless work. According to the actor, director Phi Tien Son had to go to the emergency room twice because of overwork.
