Maika Elan (real name Nguyen Thanh Hai) talented Vietnamese photographer. In 2013, Maika Elan won first prize in the category "Contemporary issues" at the World Press Photo contest. Maika Elan is the first Vietnamese photographer to win the World Press Photo World Press Photo award in the award's 58-year history. She is known through many photo projects such as: The Pink Choice, Like My Father, Inside Hanoi.
