Luong Ha My Anh was born in 1990 and made an impression at Sao Mai 2017 when she was the only contestant who had never studied vocal music to reach the ranking final and win third prize. She then received special admission to study at the Military University of Culture and Arts and joined the Vietnam Music and Dance Troupe to work. She once gained attention with the MV Border Afternoon.

More than half a year, after the Final Night of the Festival "National Television Voice - Morning Star Award 2017", Luong Ha My Anh became the official singer of the Vietnam Music and Dance Theater. She was able to sing side by side with famous artists of the Theater performing at the most luxurious places in Hanoi such as: City Opera House. Hanoi; Au Co Theater... "It's a happiness for me, I never dared to think about it before, " My Anh confided.

As a Thai ethnic child from her hometown of Quy Chau, Nghe An, coming from a purely farming family, My Anh is blessed with a sweet, warm, and powerful voice. Passionate about folk songs since childhood, especially folk songs from Nghe An, the lyrical and sweet melodies from the song "boat giving vi miles" have since penetrated into the soul of this highland schoolgirl. Then that passionate, deep sound kept clinging, haunting, following her footsteps to the forest, to the fields, to the classroom and burst out into melodious, sweet lyrics...

In 2023, Luong Ha My Anh has just released her debut album titled 'Dream of Grace'. The female singer said she was determined to produce her first album in the form of a physical CD because she wanted to preserve the memories of her 6 years in the profession. The product includes 10 songs: Mo Duyen, Along the Boat of Love (Pham Phuong Thao), Song Waiting (Nguyen Viet Binh), Cau Waiting, Cau Waiting (Ngoc Thinh), Playing With You (poetry by Ho Mau Thanh, music by Vu Quoc Nam), Vi mile song is you (Quoc Nam music, Le Quang Thang poem), The river of my childhood (Tuan Phuong), Return to Nghe An (Thach Cau - Tien Dung poem, Tien Dung music), Nghe An's love (poem Ho Huu Thoi), My teeth will return (poetry by Le Xuan Thom, music by Le Xuan Hoa).

The female singer said that after winning the award, she was engrossed in singing and settling down in life, and now had the opportunity to make her own album.
