Nguyen Ngoc Anh's main job is as a real estate salesperson and self-employed. do. During the day she does business, in the evening she spends time on her passion, which is with the Green Vietnam group to set up environmental protection activities.

"Once when I was out in Vung Tau, I saw children playing with trash on the sand and around them. At that time, I felt heartbroken and wondered why today's young generation can't enjoy clean and green beaches and when will this stop. How long will I wait if I don't do anything?
That question inspired me to take action to protect the environment, starting with picking up trash and cleaning up the places I went through. I am used to using plastic, carry water bottles, containers, bags everywhere I go… Then I joined the multinational Trashpackers community and did a lot of activities for about two years. In 2019, I founded a Non-profit organizations for environmental lovers in Vietnam can join more conveniently. A community named Green Vietnam was born with the mission of “For a green – clean – beautiful Vietnam”.
Realizing that educating children while still in school is the most important thing. Urgently, Anh and the Vietnamese Green community connected and organized propaganda sessions throughout schools in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM, Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc… Up to now, Anh has been to nearly 20 schools with more than 10,000 students, bringing love the environment to inspire children, step by step change the consciousness of the young generation.
Currently, Anh and her own community organize garbage collection sessions with scale from small to large. The preparation work from asking permission from the authorities, finding a suitable landfill, equipping protective equipment and items to pick up trash... was carefully planned by Anh's team to ensure the safety of the volunteers.
