Best known for his portrayal of Les Nessman on the CBS comedy series WKRP in Cincinnati, he is also known for his roles on InHumanoids (as Dr. Derek Bright); Spencer (as Benjamin Beanley); and Berrenger's (as Frank Chapman).
In the late 1980s, he appeared in three episodes of You Can't Take It With You.
