Vietnamese historical celebrity Bui Xuong Trach
Bui Xuong Trach was an official under the Le So dynasty in Vietnamese history. He is a member of the famous Bui family in Thinh Liet village in Hanoi.
Since childhood, Bui Xuong Trach had to work in the fields while going to school. He always studied hard and often caught fireflies in his pocket to get light for reading. At the age of 28, he passed the Doctorate of Mau Tuat in the Hong Duc Dynasty, King Le Thanh Tone reigns. When the nametag was published, he was still plowing the fields, so he was highly respected by the villagers.
The Emperor appointed him an official in the Academy. When the king went to fight Champa in 1471, he followed the king to fight and took charge of the army. In the winter of 1489, he was ordered to go to China to pay tribute to the Ming Dynasty. In 1493, he was ordered to compose an essay on Quang Van communal house, this essay was very good and was rewarded by King Thanh Tong. This article is still preserved to this day.
Time King Le Hien Tong, Bui Xuong Trach was promoted to the post of Principal of the Co-authors, then changed to the position of Emperor of Heaven, then the Chief of Infantry, and Te Tu Quoc Tu Giam to oversee the court of the Kinh. Bui Xuong Trach was famous as an honest mandarin who was respected by many people.
In 1520, under Le Cung Hoang, he was at the age of 70, so he retired. At that time Mac Dang Dung was controlling the Le court, until 1527 he won the throne of the Le dynasty. In 1529, during the Mac Thai To time, he died at the age of 79. Later, the Le dynasty promoted him to the position of Thai deputy, title of Quang Quoc Cong, with the title Van Luong.
Bui Xuong Trach's most famous work is the autograph "Quang Van Dinh". Currently, his name is given to a street in Hoang Mai and Thanh Xuan districts, Hanoi.
His third son, Bui Vinh, passed the Nham Thin ophthalmology exam under Mac Thai Tong. Bui Xuong Trach's grandson Bui Binh Uyen followed Bui Tru to submit to the Le dynasty, becoming a great minister of the Later Le dynasty.
