Bassist best known as a founding member of the Chicago-born rock band OK Go. The band has released several hit singles and has become widely remembered for their imaginative and whimsical music videos. OK Go is also notable for winning the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Music Video for "Here It Goes Again".
OK Go has toured with some of the biggest bands in the business, including Panic! At Disco, Fountains of Wayne, Motion Street Soundtrack, and The Fray.

He met fellow OK Go band member Damien Kulash at Interlochen Arts camp at the age of eleven. The first band was formed under the name GO OK after the couple reunited in Chicago, Illinois in 1998.
Although originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, he eventually lived in Chicago, Illinois for college. He ended up in Los Angeles for most of his musical career.
