Cung Le a.k.a. Le Cung anh is a Vietnamese American known as a former professional kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts fighter with 17 wins, no draws or losses.. On March 29, 2008 , Cung Le was the one who broke the arm of boxer Shamrock in the Strikeforce ring to win the middleweight championship. After this victory, he became known to the public as Mixed Martial Arts - MMA, a boxer participating in the biggest tournament in the world and a new movie star. Before moving to the Mixed Martial Arts competition, he was a familiar boxer with his name attached to the San Shou Kickboxing ring.
Despite growing up in the United States, Cung Le has always never forgotten his source. Because every martial arts outfit he wears has an image of the Republic of Vietnam flag embroidered on it.
Currently, Cung Le is working as the operator of the Vo Tu Do training center." Le's AKA Palace" in Milpitas, Northern California. This vast Martial Training Center measures 10,000 square feet (929 square meters); This is the official branch of American Kickboxing Academy in Silicon Valley. The subjects trained here include Can Tho, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling.

When he was less than 3 years old, before the fall of Saigon, he and his mother left their homeland and spent the days of a refugee life in the Philippines. Then, in September 1976, his family was sponsored to move to San Jose, California, USA.

At the age of 10, his mother sent him to a Taekwondo class to defend himself.
