From 2003 to 2004, he was Head of Strategy Development at S-Fone ; In 2004, he and his 4 friends founded Mobile World Joint Stock Company and held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Mobile World Joint Stock Company. From 2007 to April 2014, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mobile World Investment Joint Stock Company and General Director at Mobile World Joint Stock Company.
