In 1993, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien joined FPT Group after graduating from Information Technology Department of Polytechnic University. By the age of 26, he held the position of FPT Sales Manager, despite his young age. President Truong Gia Binh then did not advise to stay or promise to appoint another position but just say a sentence "Please go to school!" Make FPT not lose people but also benefit. When going to school, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien burned his intention to return to do something special. From the US back, Mr. Tien helped FPT Sales Department to have a great change, contributing a large revenue for the Group. He made an important contribution to helping FPT to accomplish the goal of reaching 1 billion USD in 2008.
In 2012, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien held the position of FPT Software. In 8 years, FPT Software under the management of an average growth rate of over 30%, becoming one of the 500 largest software companies in the world, Top 100 leading entrusted service providers in the world. Quang Ngoc has a previous resignation.
