Having spent 4 years as a nature conservationist and 9 years as an adventure traveller, being attached to the forest is a passion for him. Only passion is not enough, the journey to build Jungle Boss - an adventure tourism operator is a whole development. Passionate about exploring nature, Luu Dung worked in this job from 2008 to 2012. At that time, his job was as a field assistant and wildlife conservation. In fact, this is work that conflicts more or less with the interests of the people. "Ten years ago, people used to go to the forest to make a living and depend largely on the forest. While our job is to prevent deforestation, hunt wild animals and educate people While working, I realized the difficulty is how to create livelihoods for people while restricting their access to the forest. Concerned about this, in 2013 he moved to work in a company about adventure tourism. However, working for 2 years with the experience he has gained, he wants to create a different experience for tourists as well as bring tourism activities to the local community. In 2015, he founded Jungle Boss. When it first started, Jungle Boss developed into a homestay model with only 3 wooden houses. Working for a salary, not too rich financially, he also had to borrow his mother's red book to borrow money from a bank to invest in a homestay. Funds were limited, so at that time he had to work in thatched huts, like some hut cafes. In stark contrast to what Jungle Boss currently has is a 650m2 headquarters, managing 2 homestays on an area of 700m2.
