Convicted murderer known to beat infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and Jesse Anderson to death with a metal rod while in prison in 1994. He was sentenced to two extra life sentences for his crimes.
He was originally arrested for the murder of Steve Lohman, a supervisor with the Wisconsin program that teaches the Conservation Corps to attend Scarver. While in prison, he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
