In addition to training time, Xuan Quynh also always pays attention to a scientific diet, which is to increase the portion of meat and fish, reduce starch, and eat more green vegetables and fruits. Especially say no to fast food and foods high in sugar.
Since then, Xuan Quynh has had a strong and strong body as she wanted. Thanks to the gym, Xuan Quynh has found her current boyfriend, who is also a gymer. The two have the same goal and motivation to work together.
