According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Security - Lieutenant General To An Xo confirmed, January 16 , Mr. Nguyen Cong Khe and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thong (former editor-in-chief of Thanh Nien Newspaper) were prosecuted by the Security Investigation Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police, detained and searched at their residence for violating regulations. regulations on the management and use of State assets causing loss and waste.
The investigation agency also brought charges against Mr. Nguyen Cong Khe and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thong for violating the law. in the process of implementing the project of office buildings, commercial centers and luxury apartments at land number 151-155 Ben Van Don, Ward 6, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. At this project, Mr. Khe and Mr. Thong were said to have committed violations regarding transfer of shares, termination of contracts... causing loss of State assets.
