Before coming to this field, Cao Le Tuan Tu had an impressive past. From 2001-2010, he lived and studied in Singapore. In 2011, he returned to Vietnam. When he first returned to Vietnam, he took part in teaching, then worked at companies in the import and export of chemicals, wood, ...
Originally a person who has been passionate about games since childhood. As a kid, outside of work, he often participated in experiencing many top games with his friends, from which he became acquainted with many talented gamers at that time. To ignite his passion, in 2015, Mr. Tu and his brother founded Next Gen eSport - one of the first e-sports companies in Vietnam. At that time, Next Gen owned two e-sports teams Dota 2 and League of Legends with many good achievements. The Dota 2 team took the throne in domestic tournaments, regularly representing Vietnam to compete abroad, culminating in winning the 2017 ROG Master tournament. Besides, the League of Legends team also did not. Incompetent, always in the top 8 of the VCSA tournament for 2 consecutive seasons.
After sublimating with the e-sports teams Dota 2 and League of Legends, the Saigon boy continues to explore new areas, including the establishment of the cyber cafe Kingdom chain. Next Gen in 2017, combined with brothers who share the same passion for games. By 2018, when the game stream movement exploded in Vietnam, he Tuan Tu also quickly caught up with the trend, discovering breaking, collaborating and being a launching pad for a popular streamer to mention like streamer Teacher Ba. With the charm and good chemistry with Tu Cao, Teacher Ba has finally become a famous streamer with his own YouTube channel.
Success followed success but not because of that Tu Cao intends to stop, he is constantly looking for new directions in the game industry, taking advantage of his relationships and working experience in the past to launch new products. He plans to encroach on the establishment of a media company about gaming. With the desire to create a common home for gamers who do not have a direction, with the company, he will be able to shape his personality, support the construction and release of content, and help gamers to develop their potential. I can do my best, while being able to earn a legitimate source of income on my passion. And now he is the cool manager of two top talented gamers, NoWay and Mina Young.
