Because then we will feel how Vipassanā meditation is so difficult, dry and boring, while those with mature faculties can easily recognize there the present moment of reality. the vast horizon of the mystery of enlightenment and liberation.

Since childhood, Achaan Naeb never thought he would follow the Buddhist path. However, when she was 34 years old, something happened that changed her life. While looking at an object, she suddenly perceives the true nature (sabhāva: the true nature) of the view. In the present moment, she realizes that that seeing is not what she sees — completely non-self. This fact convinced her that the only way to eliminate defilements (kilesa) and end suffering is to live in the present moment.
It was from there that she joined the Taoist school. She met a Burmese monk, Dharma name Pathunta U Vilasa, who lived at Prog temple in Bangkok, Thailand. He taught her a meditation subject (vipassanā kammathaṇa), and from there she began to practice intensively. After four months she succeeded.
Since then she was passionate about studying the Abhidhamma and became one of the leading experts in this Buddhist philosophy
For the rest of her life. Her grandmother participated in teaching and founded many Buddhist centers to direct people to overcome the worldly sufferings that they feel in order to see the happiness that awaits them ahead.
On December 6th. 1983 Zen Master Achaan Naeb died at the age of 86. Her body was cremated according to the traditional ceremony at Mongkut temple, Bangkok, Thailand.
