Tamypu is a perfectionist. She always determined that she only had one chance to do that job, to paint that picture, to perfect that book, so she had to do the best she could.
Tamypu graduated valedictorian in Interior Design from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture. She started her career as an illustrator when she was a freshman in college. Tamypu has a fortune of 17 children's books, more than 250 book covers and meaningful projects in cooperation with big brands like Samsung, Nestlé... The illustrator career is going very well, Tamypu decided to break it. that safety to study abroad at the University of Brighton, UK. While studying abroad, Tamypu published 2 books "Missing Rice" and "Ada and the magic fruit" in collaboration with American author Marc Alan Shultz. After graduating, Tamypu returned home to work as a lecturer at the Graphic Design Department of the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City and continued to draw.
Tamypu's gentle, poetic drawings have created beautiful paintings that make viewers bewildered and want to look at them forever. But behind those cheerful, peaceful drawings is a lonely childhood full of ambition, difficult years studying abroad. Not only is the author of famous illustrations, Tamypu is also an inspiration for young people's paintings.
The period 27-28 years old is the most difficult time for Tamypu. While she needed to focus on taking the English test to study abroad, her father had terminal cancer. Tamypu's lover and ideal cannot overcome difficulties together. That year, her father passed away, failed the English test many times, and the relationship cracked. Tamypu was left with nothing, neither happiness nor possessions.
In the most empty time, Tamypu has enough English points to study abroad. But during the first time in a foreign land, she had to skip the first semester to consolidate finances and earn money for the following years.
