Luu Duc Anh is a young but extremely talented pianist. He is a young pianist known for his remarkable domestic and international achievements. And now Duc Anh is the youngest piano teacher at the Vietnam National Academy of Music after publishing. Dac graduated from University, Master's degree at Royal Conservatory of Liège, Belgium and advanced level at Malmö Conservatory of Music, Sweden.
Luu Duc Anh was born into a musical family. His father is Prof. Dr. Luu Quang Minh - Former Deputy Director of Vietnam National Academy of Music. And his brother is artist Luu Hong Quang. That's why from a young age, Duc Anh was exposed to music, his passion for music kept growing.
Duc Anh not only studied in the best teaching environment in Vietnam but also studied abroad for a long time to develop his full potential. He always thought that he would stay abroad to live in a true professional music environment and have many opportunities for development. But later Duc Anh realized, every environment has its own advantages and limitations. In a foreign country, the learning environment is really serious and standardized, but it is difficult to become a prominent figure and have your own projects. It is very difficult to do great things because they are very fair there, all opportunities are shared equally with everyone, not favoring anyone. Must be very outstanding to have the opportunity to break out completely. Therefore, in 2018, Duc Anh decided to return to Vietnam and take a job at the Piano Department - Vietnam National Academy of Music. While teaching, Duc Anh has performed at major shows. This is also the premise for Duc Anh to develop his dream and realize his project.
Hopefully, in the coming time, Duc Anh will always succeed and realize his dream!
The noble awards that artist Duc Anh has won such as: Special Award - Most Impressive Artist at the 10th Festival et Concours international de Piano à Collioure in France; First prize at Stockholm International Piano Competition 2017; First prize at Andrée Charlier Piano Competition in Belgium in 2015… and many other international awards. In 2017, Duc Anh was voted as one of 10 typical young faces of the capital.
