Day 21/ 12, the Security Investigation Agency - Ministry of Public Security has implemented the Decision to prosecute the defendant, the Order to arrest the defendant for temporary detention and the Search Order for Mr. Do Thang Hai - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade for the crime of "" Accepting bribes” is stipulated in Clause 4, Article 354 of the Penal Code. Previously, the Security Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained subjects such as: Mai Thi Hong Hanh - Director of Xuyen Viet Oil Company, Nguyen Thi Nhu Phuong - Deputy Director Director of Xuyen Viet Oil Company, on the charge of "Violating regulations on management and use of State assets causing waste and loss" (stipulated in Article 219 of the Penal Code), Le Duc Tho - Former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ben Tre, on the crime of "Abusing positions and powers to influence others for personal gain" (stipulated in Article 358 of the Penal Code), Le Duy Minh - Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance Minh (former Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department), on the crime of "Receiving bribes" (stipulated in Article 354 of the Penal Code). The Decisions to prosecute the accused and the Order to arrest the accused for temporary detention and the Search Order mentioned above were approved by the Procuracy at the same level before execution.
