Who is Politicians Ranil Wickremasinghe?
Affiliated with the National Flag Party, he was a two-term Sri Lankan Prime Minister (1993-1994 and 2001-2004). Before the front line of his country's government, he served as a Colombo constituency representative in the Sri Lankan Parliament.
During his second term as Prime Minister, he clashed with Lankan President Sri (and former Prime Minister) Chandrika Kumaratunga, who belonged to the opposite political party.
