Jamaican singer who shot to stardom after releasing his 1974 martial arts homage "Kung Fu Fighting," which would go up to become one of the best-selling singles of all time. Although he never hit it big again in the United States, he did score other big hits in the UK, including "Dance Kung Fu" and "Run Back".
His manager is Eric Woolfson, who will go on to become the main creative force after The Alan Parsons Project.
