His second studio album, Control the World (released in 2000), marked the end of his youthful hip-hop career. A decade later, he became a member of an electronic band called Danny Disco and Shaman.

He and his sister Heidi Sorensen (aka "Suriya") started a hip-hop group called Yauzers Jesper Vestergaard. With another sibling, Saseline Sorensen, Suriya formed a musical group in 1990 called SOAP.
