In real life, Anhui is a cheerful and open-minded young man, completely different from the deep sadness he expresses in his compositions. From the age of 3, he began to be acquainted with the traditional musical instruments of Vietnam. His grandmother also directed him to play the cheo drum, which is also his favorite instrument among the ethnic musical instruments. He used to take piano lessons but couldn't write music on the piano so he stopped. After that, he was given a guitar by a friend, so he decided to learn guitar and practice composing. After half a year, Anhui wrote his first song. The more he composed, the better he felt and decided to pursue this work. Currently, singing is still his strength, but he still maintains composing music.
As a young artist, Ha Anh Huy also has an artist model to pursue. However, he feels that the most stable role model that he wants to pursue is the senior Phan Manh Quynh and the senior Bui Lan Huong. He likes Phan Manh Quynh because of his cinematic musical thinking - that is, he can put images into the lyrics that listeners can immediately imagine. That is something that very few Vietnamese musicians can do. Anhui admits that Bui Lan Huong's music has a dark color but brings a sense of closeness to listeners. He feels that senior is a very profound person.
For Ha Anhui, the big difficulty for him in music is to control his emotions when writing music. Every time I write music, if the emotion is so overwhelming, it's hard for me to think of short lyrics. That's why every time he composes a new song, he will choose to relax his body and choose the right lyrics to put in his song. Anhui's inspiration comes from love stories and love stories.
