Vu Thinh (full name Vu Duc Thinh) is the most handsome member The Wings' all-male idol group. Vu Thinh possesses a scholarly appearance, elegant style, warm voice and outstanding composing ability. After winning the title of runner-up "Mysterious Factor", three students of Maritime University decided to reserve their results and entered Saigon to pursue a professional singing career. The group continuously released many covers that are loved by young people such as: Soul of a stone statue, With you still a girl, Behind a girl... With new musical thinking, youthful style, The Wings breathes new life into songs that are deeply ingrained in listeners' subconscious.
After successful cover products, The Wings released their first single "Which way to your heart" by musician Vu Trung Duc (the author is associated with many hits singer Noo Phuoc Thinh). Composer Vu Trung Duc, when composing the song, weighed each melody and lyrics for all 3 members to show off their voices. The Wings also thanks Doan Minh Vu (successful with the hit "Behind a Lady") girl) arranged for this song.

Vu Thinh came to art by accident. When he was still a student at Maritime University, Vu Thinh was one of the elite members of the school's musical team. During the time of practicing music together, Vu Thinh, Duy Ngoc and Pham Thang realized that they had the same goal, so they decided to form a band. The 3 members named The Wings with the desire that their efforts and passion will be the wings that take the group to fly high and far on the musical path. Despite being a sidekick, never having been properly trained in vocals, The Wings have achieved certain successes.
