Perhaps best known for his portrayal of Anthony Falconetti in the miniseries Rich Man, Poor Man, he is also known for his portrayal of James "Kimo" Carew in Hawaii Five-O, as well as for his work in The Virginian; The Asphalt Jungle; Laredo; and Zero One. He is also famous for being the last of the Marlboro Man cigarette television commercials.
His notable film credits include roles in Eye of the Tiger (1986), Red Dawn (1984), and The Mean Season (1985). In addition, he appeared in numerous horror films of the 1980s, '90s, and early 2000s.
