Born George Joseph Kresge and known as Kreskin or The Amazing Kreskin, this spiritualist and magician rose to fame in the 1970s when he starred in the Canadian television series Kreskin's Wonderful World.
Shortly after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Kreskin "predicted" a Las Vegas UFO phenomenon and attracted a large group of city dwellers to witness UFO activity. With hairy-nosed otters caught on camera, he said after the fact that he was just trying to demonstrate the power of hints in a country on the edge.
