Anton Yelchin, born Anton Viktorovich Yelchin, is an American film and television actor. He became famous after his role as Pavel Chekov in the series "Star trek" and many other roles.
In the late 1990s, Anton Yelchin began acting in many television roles, and Hollywood films. "Along Came a Spider" and "Hearts in Atlantis" were released in 2001. The role of Jacob Clarke in the "Taken" series was an important turning point in the actor's acting career.
The role of Bobby Garfield in the film series. the movie "Hearts in Atlantis" helped Anton Yelchin win the category "Best Actor in a Motion Picture" at the Young Artist Awards 2002. He also starred in the movie "Sex, Birth & Death". of the Criminal Minds program. In 2007, he starred in the movie "Alpha Dog". In 2011, he portrayed the character Charley Brewster in the remake of the movie "Fright night" directed by Craig Gillespie.
In the early morning of June 19, 2016, Yelchin was found dead by friends in the middle of his 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the brick post of the mailbox outside his house. This is considered a rare accident. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has found the cause of actor Yelchin's death to be severe trauma to the chest area, and confirmed that there is no doubt that the actor was murdered.
