Truong Lee was born and raised in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province. From an early age, he showed his talent for drawing. And since then, the young student always aspires to become a famous architect in the future, building beautiful works according to his own preferences.
After When he graduated from high school, he chose to go to Saigon to develop his talent. With hard work, diligent research and learning, Trong Lee passed the exam and attended the Faculty of Architecture at Van Lang University. With the dedicated instruction of teachers, the original boy Ninh Thuan quickly developed his talent and excelled into becoming valedictorian in the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Architecture, Van Lang University. After graduating from school, he joined the design company of a teacher, regardless of any big or small job, he considers it a way to learn, to forge himself. After many years of working, he still has not really broken through and confirmed his natural talent. It wasn't until 2012, when he had the opportunity to set foot in Hanoi to undertake a restaurant project designed by himself. After that project, the 8X guy also received many more projects on restaurants and cafes in Ha Thanh.
What makes the difference in the design style of this young architect is the creative use of basic elements in design. He said: "Everybody knows that the 3 elements that form a space are floor, wall, ceiling. Creativity comes from mastering those elements, just thinking how to deflect the corners. , distance, and cross-section have created different emotions, novelty and fun".
In addition to creating through each design, Trong Lee also writes books. In 2014, he published a picture book about the old Saigon - a book that evokes the image of a magnificent Saigon, touching the hearts of millions of people. No wonder that after the success of the book, this talented architect continued to open an exhibition of paintings and accompanying publications to raise funds for charity.
He said: "To follow along. Pursuing dreams, doing and living with the profession not only requires luck, but most importantly, it needs your best efforts." Architect Trong Lee hopes that young people who have a passion for the profession, live and work hard with that passion, they will surely achieve success!
