ABBA legendary band in world music history. The band's name ABBA is a collection of the letters of the four members' names: Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Benny Andersson, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Agnetha Faltskog. To date, the legendary quartet ABBA has sold nearly 370 million records worldwide. ABBA was the first band from a non-English speaking country to hit the music charts of English-speaking countries. The band ABBA is also very successful in the Latin American music market and has recorded many popular songs of the group in Spanish.

A museum dedicated to ABBA was opened in Stockholm on May 7, 2013. The ABBA Honors Museum was built on the grounds of the Swedish Music Hall. The museum displays memorabilia associated with the once famous band, bringing the audience into the "kingdom" of ABBA.
In 2016, the members of ABBA announced a special project to be revealed in 2017.

Initially, the members of ABBA only composed songs, accompaniment, production and backing vocals for each individual's solo songs. In 1970, the idea of founding a singing band began to appear.
