Nguyen Da Nguyen Thi was born and raised in Vietnam Buon Ma Thuot city Dak Lak province. Few people would expect that a beautiful girl, possessing 6 pack abs and extremely toned body, was previously malnourished, thin and only weighed 34 kg. In order to improve her weight as well as strengthen her health, the girl decided to work hard at exercise and sports and her chosen subject is Gym. At that time, bodybuilding was not widely popular in her hometown, so people often had a negative view of this sport, even Thi's family banned it because they thought she was not a "girl". when all day weightlifting like a man.
