Once a technical student of Hanoi University of Technology, he boldly turned from engineer to business path. With the desire to assert himself and the spirit of persistent entrepreneurship, he built Umiha Group, imprinted with organic products, safe and trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers.
Ever since he was a student, Nguyen Viet Tien has raised his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Although born in a family that both parents work in the state - which is a stable and leisurely path - but he does not want to be safe. With the desire to be independent and the spirit of progress, Tien is determined to find a new direction.
Once accidentally surfing Facebook, he encountered an article sharing experience of burning burns with python fat. After deepening, Tien realized that this material also has many other uses such as blur, scar treatment, acne treatment, stretch marks or hair removal. However, the market at that time had no clear tested products. The idea of a reputable brand from python fat begins to rekindle in him.
After graduation, Tien has experienced many jobs with modest income. It was not until he met a good boss that he learned more about sale, marketing and branding. And then the opportunity also came, he embarked on the first business journey.
However, starting is not easy. For the first time, Tien bought a low-quality python fat from Can Tho , making the small amount of capital almost lost. But instead of giving up, he borrowed 10 million dong friends, then went to find a better source. It was that resilient spirit that helped Tien stand up after failure and began again from the beginning.
<4> From python fat to Umiha Organic brandIn the early days of starting a business, he almost had to manage everything himself. "Fortunately, the product begins to be received by customers, sales more stable, and I can focus on building processes, developing a professional brand," Tien shared.
By the end of 2017, pure python fat products have passed the strict testing of the Department of Health and was licensed to circulate nationwide under the name of U Minh Ha python fat. This is also a milestone of Umiha Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Umiha Organic brand.Do not stop there, Tien continues to expand the portfolio with more than 200 organic beauty products, while developing two new brands: Umihome - Organic House and Umipet - Level of Pet Accessories
Although operating 3 brands at the same time made him more pressure, but whenever he saw the product trusted by customers, it became the most powerful motivation.
