Cam Thien Long came to the kitchen profession by accident. In 11th grade, he applied to work as a waitress at Miss Ao Dai restaurant to earn more money to pay for his studies. During his working days at a restaurant, he began to dream of wearing formal clothes and wearing a tie to go to work every day. However, after working for a while, he gradually became more interested in the kitchen profession.
The turning point in Cam Thien Long's life was when he was changed by the chef from serving position to working as a kitchen assistant because he saw that he had talent. quality and eager to learn. Like other chefs, he began to learn jobs, learn necessary skills such as using a knife, washing dishes, picking vegetables... Thien Long has an older brother, a younger brother and a sister. The family's economy had its ups and downs, so he was soon aware of the value of money and labor. Those are the achievements that he always cherish because they are proof of his relentless efforts. In 2014, he accidentally knew about Top Chef Vietnam 2014 contest. When he learned that the contest's message was "Enhancing Vietnamese cuisine", he thought that it was time for him to shine, to dedicate himself. . With a battle in 3 challenges, and a great effort and breakthrough at the final stage of the competition, Cam Thien Long not only surprised the judges of the contest, but also made her opponents have to " heart to obey."
